Getting StartedWorking in close collaboration with Insight Real Estate, we helped bring Budleigh East to life—a high-end residential development located at the iconic intersection of Fairview and Oberlin Roads in the heart of Raleigh. Built by Legacy Custom Homes, Budleigh East is an exclusive community of 22 single-family residences designed for buyers who value historic craftsmanship, modern luxury, and timeless architectural detail.
Surrounded by neighborhoods, landscapes, and homes more than a century old, Budleigh East strikes a deliberate balance between honoring Raleigh’s architectural heritage and delivering the amenities, spacious floor plans, and refined finishes today’s buyers expect.

Building the BrandOur engagement began with a collaborative brainstorming session to define the vision for a luxury brand that felt elevated, enduring, and rooted in place. The goal was to create an identity that would seamlessly complement the historic character of the surrounding area while clearly signaling premium quality and modern living.
We developed a refined color palette of deep green, light gray-blue, and cream—classic, sophisticated tones that convey permanence, elegance, and understated luxury.

Website, Signage & Print MaterialsOnce the brand direction was established, we designed and built the Budleigh East property page as a dedicated subpage within Insight Real Estate’s website. The experience was intentionally clean and editorial, allowing the architecture, location, and lifestyle to take center stage while maintaining alignment with Insight’s broader digital presence.
To support the sales and marketing efforts, we also produced a suite of print materials, including:
