Lauren Bailey

I’m known for pushing brands to stand out while grounding every decision in strategy, structure, and purpose. I believe the strongest brands are built when bold thinking meets thoughtful execution—and that’s exactly where I thrive.

I’m the owner and founder of SageSwift Marketing (formerly LC Bailey Consulting), a marketing consulting agency I launched in 2022 to help businesses build bold brands, high-impact websites, and clear, actionable strategies that drive real growth.

I specialize in turning big ideas into cohesive brand identities and digital experiences that feel confident, intentional, and unmistakably you. From brand foundations to website strategy and execution, I focus on creating marketing that not only looks polished, but works hard behind the scenes—guiding your audience, clarifying your message, and supporting long-term business success.

With over 15 years of experience across the technology and healthcare sectors, I bring a rare blend of creative vision and tenacious attention to detail. I’m known for pushing brands to stand out while grounding every decision in strategy, structure, and purpose. I believe the strongest brands are built when bold thinking meets thoughtful execution—and that’s exactly where I thrive.

Before founding SageSwift Marketing, I served as Vice President of Marketing at Carta Healthcare, where I led integrated marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic partnerships. During my time there, we supported Carta’s mission of transforming patient data into better outcomes—work that reinforced my passion for purpose-driven marketing.

Prior to Carta, I managed all marketing initiatives for Bioclinica Software Solutions (now Clario), overseeing strategy for four core clinical trial technology platforms: CTMS, EDC, RTSM, and Site & Patient Payments. I developed and executed an aggressive, results-driven marketing plan that maximized business value and positioned the brand in a highly competitive landscape.

Earlier in my career, I served as Director of Marketing at Clinverse, where I played a key role in the successful rebrand and transition to Bioclinica Site & Patient Payments, a platform that automates and manages the financial lifecycle of global clinical trials for CROs and pharmaceutical companies. I also held the role of Marketing Manager, North America at Ashfield, where I independently built and implemented a marketing roadmap that was later adopted across multiple organizations.

I hold a BA in Interpersonal, Organizational, and Rhetorical Communications, with a minor in Journalism, from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Today, through SageSwift Marketing, I partner with growing businesses that want thoughtful strategy, clear direction, and marketing that actually moves the needle.

    In honor of two amazing women and dear friends, I am honored to accept the 2022 Triangle Woman of the Year award through The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

    Our team raised $177,000+ as part of the ‘2022 Triangle Man & Woman of the Year Campaign.’ I stressed from the beginning that every donation makes an impact, no matter how big or small, and I am honored to say we had just shy of 800 sponsors and donors as part of our campaign. If that doesn’t scream “support” and “community,” then I don’t know what does.

    Most importantly, thanks to all of this year’s Triangle candidates, we collectively raised $1,137,669!

  • Issued by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) · Jan 2022

    I was honored to accept the nomination of 2022 Woman of the Year Candidate for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). I participated alongside my team, Team CURE (Cancer Underestimated Raines & Emily), and worked hard to raise as much money as possible starting March 14th to May 19th of 2022.

    The annual campaign benefits the life-saving mission of LLS—to cure blood cancer and improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are also now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers and are in clinical trials for patients with lung, brain, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancers—and LLS-funded drugs like targeted therapies and immunotherapies are now saving thousands of lives every day.

    Donations supported LLS research, patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services to get closer and closer to a world without blood cancer!

    'The Extra Mile' section of Ashfield Healthcare's internal divisional magazine, that is sent out quarterly, has a section that celebrates dedicated individuals and groups who have gone the extra mile, either at work or to support worthy causes. I was a recipient of this award during my time as Marketing Manager, North America at Ashfield Healthcare. Here was the write-up that was featured in the magazine.
